After the pattern is cut, the seamstress makes the entire garment from first stitch to proudly signing her name on the tag of the finished product. Their talent is evident in the quality.
The workshop is a safe and dignified space, only operating Monday through Friday, and honors holidays and maternity leave. Lunch is made everyday by a few staff, and all of the workers share the meal together. Every employee receives a fair wage every week that supports them and their family.
